The product itself may very well be good but, when contacted, the Distributors Customer Service total lack of interest in the absence of either a Lot Number or Best Before Date was concerning. It makes traceability of ingredients difficult if not impossible and this will be particularly worrying in professional kitchens and bakeries

This cake decorating tool is great fun.I purchased this marker so I could draw faces on marzipan and fondant figures I made for a cake. it was the first time I used something like this and I wasn't really sure what to expect. it actually works really well, the lines were black and sharp and the end result was exactly what I was hoping for.

I was a little concerned about buying this pen after reading another review saying there was no best before date but after reading a few more reviews and comparing the other pens I decided to try this one. As soon as it arrived I checked the best before date and found it and the lot number clearly printed in the plastic packaging. I have tried the pen briefly and it is easy to use and come out clearly so I am very pleased.

I make cupcakes and fondant decorations and was looking for an edible way to get very fine black detail onto my cakes. This pen is perfect and it also has two different sizes which is even better. The colour is vibrant and stands out well and hasn't dried out like some other makes I have previously used. I highly recomend.
