It is a pure product
It is a pure product. I used to take Psyllium Husk in capsule form. I much prefer the pure natural powder. It was recommended by my vet for my dog's digestive issues. so we take it together at breakfast. It certainly helps us both. I am going to see Kate Naturals other products.

Perfect
Yes it's perfect! I use when baking grain free breads and is exactly what I needed. Plus it's hard to find in the stores. Quality is good. Texture is a fine grade..

Easily mixed in water with very little taste. Gets my quantity of fiber in daily without worry.

Great product but it does not mix as well as other similar products I have tried, it clumps and gels quickly.
