I can't say enough positive things about this product! I have a deviated septum, and have suffered for years with snoring as well as sleep apnea, caused by my deviated septum I have tried EVERY scam out there, and figured that Nasi-Vent, was just going to be another of those scams, but to my surprise, both my snoring and sleep apnea have disappeared since using Nasi-Vent! I can't ever in my adult life remember feeling so refreshed upon waking in the morning. I never realized how badly my quality of life had been suffering due to lack of sleep, I just thought that it was normal to be tired and irritable all day EVERY day. Even my wife sleeps better now(without my snoring) and doesnt complain every morning about her lack of sleep for the first time in forever! Do yourself a favor, if you or a loved one suffers as I did, and purchase the Nasi-Vent four pack that contains 4 different sizes, so that you can get find correct size for your nose. Then in the future you will know for sure what size to order, in order to sleep peacefully and most of all quietly!

This product CHANGED MY LIFE. I use these now, at bedtime...the increase in the airflow throw my nose is UNREAL. The FIRST NIGHT...I woke up ONCE. I had been averaging 3 or 4 times a night! The last few nights, I have slept better than in DECADES. I am sure I have a slightly deviated septum...a lot of people do. So you do not have the best airflow...adequate, just not 100%. You are not going to have surgery...but you might have compromised air intake. For me? IT MUST have hindered my breathing while sleeping? I knew that I breathed through my mouth. But at least I thought it was breathing OK. But, now? I realize I have been hindering my sleep. Can you imagine how I felt when I woke up and realized I had slept all night? You need to try these! Why not? I mean you might "be me"...or maybe they will just help. Or maybe you will use them while jogging or doing cardio? In any event...these little nasal inserts have CHANGED MY LIFE for the better!

I 've tried all the nose devices and this one is the best for me. I bought the large size so it wouldn't fall out of my nose. The Nasivent never falls out. I cut the center connecter strap off so I can wear the device 24 hrs a day out in public. I looked in the mirror and you can't see it. Its very comfortable to wear. It's soft and firm. I am so happy I bought this. I can now breathe thru my nose 100% of the time. They come out very easy for daily cleaning. Tweezers might be needed for some people. I can see where the small or medium might fall out. I plan on buying more Large size in case they stop making them. I love the fact that I can wear them 24 hours a day and you can't tell I have them on. I am so happy that I can close my mouth and breathe thru my nose again .

These are similar to snorpins but are slightly cheaper which is why I tried them. These are more comfortable than snorpins, they are made out of a much softer material. This is good and bad, while I can barely feel them once they are in, they can collapse easily and don't provide as much support in keeping my nostrils wide open. The snorpins are slightly less comfortable (although I got used to them quickly) but provide much more support.For my use (opening nostrils, not snoring cessation) I would rate the snorpin a little higher but I will continue to use both. The only downside is finding them if you drop them, they are almost clear and blend in with everything. As others have stated, the sizes run on the big side (I have a large nose but had to get the medium ones).

Less than advertised. These 'tubes' did not work well for me at all. If anything they made things worse. Everyone is different, however I felt the discomfort and lack of flexibility did not provide any relief. You can find packs of similar products with the same design. Everyone is different but not my choice.

This was my second attempt to use a breathing aid after BreatheRight failed miserably. I Love it! you really feel how the air flows into your nose. Just a bit worried about infections. Nose hair prevents viruses and bacteria from going into your body and the NasiVent practically puts them out of the way. Leaving that aside, they feel great and you sleep and breathe better too.

I tend to snore due to a slight sept deviation and have been using these snore vents for a while now. They do their job as I am being told by my fiance. The only problem I would have with them is the fact that the package only contains 2 of the same size (similar for most brands though), which makes me have to buy these every few months as I replace them. Also, they sometimes slip out of my nostrils, so they are not really a tight fit (using size large).
