Everdell Silverfrost Collector's Edition Board Game – 1–4 Players

Super fun game but NOT for the faint of heart- it will take a few playthroughs to get the hang of it. It is similar to the other everdell games, so if you have played those, you'll pick up on this one quickly. This game is also more complex than indicated by the box- I would not recommend for kids under 12, even with some help. The setup to even play the game takes a good 15 minutes or so, and while the booklet has a step by step guide, it is a little bit complex. That being said, all the pieces are quality, we love the cute characters (wood), resources (injected plastic) and victory points (metal). The game is easily replayed multiple times. It doesn't appear you can use the expansions with this one - for those you'd need the base game. This is a super fun winter themed game for up to 4 players (no expansions, so no more than 4 can play).

Loved this game! We have played Everdell, Everdell Duo, and Farshore, this one is so different in a great way! The esthetics are fantastic as well! 10/10

This is a stand alone game based on the original Everdell. We own several of the Everdell games and expansions, hands down, this was our families favorite. As always the pieces are absolutely adorable. The attention to detail is very well done They also added metal victory points vs cardboard ones and we loved that. The game is the perfect combination of a few different expansions but all in one game. It still feels competitive while keeping things simple enough to understand. The art was absolutely stunning as well. All in all I would highly recommend this game.

My family loves to play board games. We had fun playing this. Figured we would since we love Everdell and all the expansions. This is not an expansion. It is a stand alone game. The rules are very similar to Everdell, but I think it is little harder to build a city. It is a little harder to get resources in this game. You can't automatically play a critter on a card. And of course, once the snow starts falling, you have to get the snow off your cards, so you can count the points. My adult son thinks it is more fun that the Everdell games. I haven't decided yet, but I certainly think it is fun. If you like playing Everdell, buy this.

The best Everdell from the series, IMO, quality of the components is good. The art is beautiful and it fun to play.

The extras are absolutely worth it. Spectacular game and well thought out. New elements from the first game are super interesting.

Another great game in the Everdell universe. The Collector's Edition is always the way to go as the upgraded components really make the game look and feel great to play. Everything in this box is top notch with 1 exception (we will get to that in a second). The Board is nice. You just have to make sure you pack it back in the box exactly right or you will damage the corners. The Point coins are almost worth the price alone. Heavy and beautiful and the "clink" factor is a 10. The cards are beautifully illustrated. This is a new artist from the original but the art fits right in and is the high quality you are used to seeing. The mountain looks great and adds to the feel, of the game. I still think for this price the Collector’s Edition should come with the "Wooden" mountain you can buy separate, but oh well. At least the quality and durability of the mountain is much better than the original games cardboard Tree (which I broke when I was unboxing it.) So we will still call this a win. So... the negative. The Moss. All other components and resources are so top notch that the moss just screams "out of place." It is literally a sheet of felt that you punch out. For a $100 price tag, I just think they would have done better than a piece of green felt. A small gripe, but still a gripe. Absolutely don't let that alone keep you from buying and playing this game. If you love Everdell, you will love this.

Muy buen juego, componentes de alta calidad y un estilo increíble. Los Beacons y la montaña nos costaron un poco de problema armarlos, pero me parece muy acertado que incluyan una versión 2D dela montaña por si quieres jugar sin ocupar tanto espacio o para hacer un set up mas rápido. Ya quiero jugar otra vez!
