Followed instructions accurately both auto update & manual. watch time is correct, when I press 8 button it says time & zone not updated. What now?

This will only say updated when your watch connects with a national clock. Follow the directions in your manual to do that. I had to set my watch on an inside window sill overnight. The watch will connect on its own. If the update is successful then when you push #8 it will say it is updated. You may have to move the watch around in your living space until you get a good connection. I don't wear my watch at night and discovered that just leaving it on my dresser was good enough after the initial connection was made. It is a wonderful watch for me.

Has 24h format or just 12h format? It's inportant for a blind person to knows if it is for example 10am or 22h00

It says 10am or 10pm . I bought for my sister and that 10am or 22h00 might have been an option. I do not remember. But she uses it soooo much and it always says example ,10 AM . Can’t say enough great things about it . She could not live without it again ‼️❤️‼️
