Stevie Ray Vaughan: Fender Special Edition G-DEC Guitar Play-Along Pack Paperback – May 1, 2011

Love the G-Dec!!! (Had the older one and was pivitol in learning to play!) Now I have the updated, and no longer produced, G-DEC. I've been eying the SRV edition as I have tried to download the Fuse software (but haven't quite figured it out...despite the tutorials!). I have a ton of SRV music books but it just isn't the same without the back tracks. This fullfills more.What I like about this is that is plays the music, all the instruments (including the guitar) on the first song. The very next track is guitar-less. Therefore, you can listen to the song and get an idea of how the guitar should sound, then jump right to the guitar-less track and get those fingers moving!Great song list, although I wish there were a few other of my favorites. Nonetheless, a great product for the beginner to the advanced!Now, will they ever come out with a Jimmie Vaughan Play-Along?!?! I will patiently wait!

This is an awesome book and chip if you want to learn a few SRV songs. There are only about 8 songs but it's not like learning some song by Indigo Girls or Springsteen where you strum the three cords. Know what I mean? You are gonna have to work on these songs.

I love the way that these books work with the G-DEC 3. Great idea and this book is very good. Tabs are accurate and the tracks are nice. The only issue is the number of pages for each piece. There are a number of page turns throughout each song but that cannot be helped when you work from tabs.

sd card won't work starts to load and stops

I have not recieved my Fender G-30 Three as of yet but, I have recieved this! For the price I think this is fantastic. Many songs with lyrics and music along with the midi. Can't wait to try this new idea and get more of these for AC/DC andClapton...Just got the G-dec 30 3 today and inserted this...Darn, won't work,hope it's this midi, and not the amp...Will check but try these fast for return purposes , now I can't. ; S
