Tepe Interdental Brushes Fine Set of 24 0.7 mm Yellow

My dental hygienist recommended me to use these on two particular teeth originally. I started using red interdental brushes and found them effective in reducing swelling in my gums. Then I started using the blue brushes as well and on all my teeth, not just the two originally suggested. Over the years I have "graduated" to using yellow. Along with using dental tape, these interdental brushes will make a difference to your oral hygiene. I probably switch to a new brush every week, because that's how long they seem to last - they get tatty after a while or the wire bends, so sometimes I would change more often than that. Personally I use one of these brushes after every meal because otherwise I feel like I have things stuck between my teeth. They are usually easy and comfortable to use. For me, I use them now as a habit I would be reluctant to give up, so I am glad they are linked with improved oral hygiene, which in turn is linked with better long-term health outcomes.

If you are fastidious with your dental hygiene you will love these interdental brushes as they get where tour toothbrush doesn’t.

Having sat in the chair with new Dental hygienist working away to get my teeth sparkling again, he proceeded to used a set of TePe brushes to get in between my front and back teeth, he used the ultrasonic tool as well to do the major work. But it was these tiny TePe brushes which he demonstrated how to use, when i was alone cleaning my own teeth. I could feel and hear them scrubbing away and saw how the different colours/sizes were meant to be used to get into different sized gaps. Id spent 2 sessions or 30 mins and 45 mins £275.00. I was not going to be a tight-wad and skimp on failing to used these TePe brushes, so ive. got a load of red & yellow brushes for use in the next 6 months
