Seller FANTASTIC, product okay.
I had reviewed this product and gave it 1 star, with the following text: "So disappointed! Was excited to get this, it arrived and it's very poorly made. The black tread doesn't even line up. A child could have done better."Within a very short period of time, I had an email from the seller, apologizing profusely and wanting to make this right. They sent me another wheel, I didn't even ask for this- they took it upon themselves to be proactive and do what they could to make me happy. The new wheel, while not perfect, is at least better than the first one (the first one is in the the first two photos, the new one is in the second two photos). The ends of the tread don't meet, and it's not evenly centered, but at least it's straight and can roll properly. So, I'm giving this 5 stars because of the experience with the seller and making it right, and getting me a product that works.FYI- They did NOT ask me to revise this review, I'm doing this on my own, they don't even know I'm doing it...lol. They DID ask for my feedback via email, though, so they can relay it to their manufacturer. Having worked retail and in sales, I REALLY appreciate the time time they took to ensure my happiness, and that they genuinely CARE about providing customers with good product and service. If you have any doubts, this is one of the most reasonably priced wheels I've seen, go ahead and take a chance, because if you're not happy, they'll make it right. :)

Great tool for stretching
This is great for stretching my back & my legs! I am not necessarily a 'yoga enthusiast', but I am always looking for ways to stretch! I am a plus size girl (240lbs) & it has no problem supporting my weight (for what I use it for). It def helps me keep my back aligned while stretching!!!
