I'm looking for a true red lipstick. When you put it on does it have a pinkish hue?

This is absolutely a true red. No pink hue. I'm very pale with a slightly rosy color to my complexion, so red lipstick has never been something I could pull off. That is, until I found this little gem.

Shade - Merlot. Bought it on Deal for Rs.469. It looks quite different from what appears on screen - it is a Magenta shade while it looks maroon on screen. I was looking for a Maroon. Though this is not what I was looking for it is a lovely shade. Lasts long.

Good lipstick. But the lipstick design is not sturdy.

Good lipstick overall. It's more of a creamy matte though rather than a perfect dry matte. I got the shade "siren" which is a nice deep maroon shade with slight purplish undertones(not so visible). However, the lipstick design sucks! Like the twist mechanism is not at all sturdy. It just doesn't stay. So you might have a difficult time applying it. That's the only con.
