I’m 36, 5ft 3, 127lbs and fairly active and healthy. Started waking up with back pain off and on for few years. My husband said he didn’t have that problem. We tried changing the sides of the bed, still issues and it’s not my side do I couldn’t sleep well anyway. I thought maybe it was me sleeping past 6 hours or my maybe my pillow causing pain. Maybe I’m probably just getting old? Tried sleeping with regular pillows, plushies, towels between my leg but they would end up somewhere else because I toss and turn at night. Thought I’d try a knee pillow. OMG Hallelujah!! Pros: - since using it, no more back pain upon waking up and quality of sleep has improved tremendously - the thick leg strap keeps it in place when I move around at night - adjustable leg strap - easy to slide on and off - removable zipper cover for easy laundry ling - cute baby blue color - contours to my leg - smooth and firm memory foam, keeps its shape - good thickness Cons: - the button used to adjust the leg strap could probably be bigger or be something else because it looks funny…but that’s just me nitpicking. Haven’t had an issue with it coming undone I love this so much, I bought another one in gray to bring while traveling.

I really like the style of it, but it’s a bit too big for my legs. I find that it doesn’t compress enough for my body type so I don’t think this product is one size fits all. I wouldn’t mind the firmness of this if it was the right fit. I will say this when I was using it. It was really easy to roll over and even sleep on my stomach or my back which I really liked. I’m not sure if they make a small smaller size, but there should be something you should think about. I’m also on the shorter side so it does go all the way to my crotch to my knees.

I had a hip replacement and ordered this before the surgery. Couldn’t use it for a couple of months since wasn’t allowed to sleep on my side. After surgery had to keep knees apart and this helped.

Didn't work for me, but my MIL loves it! I originally purchased for myself as I had knee surgery and didn't like my legs touching while sleeping on my side. This is too small for me (my thigh would not fit in the strap, very small) and I really needed something to go from my knees to my ankles (didn't know that until this arrived). So I brought to my MIL after her leg surgeries. She says she uses it every night!! It is a great purchase and very reasonably priced. For reference, she has much thinner legs but she doesn't use the strap either bc of comfort after her surgeries.
