Trouble loading up
My son was desperate for this game, and I bought a copy which simply would not load up. I looked online and found blogs about what to do when Sonic heroes for PC doesn't load up, but nothing worked. In the end I got a replacement and it did work, but I am not too happy about this product since a lot of people obviously has trouble with it. As far as the game goes, my son finds it quite fun.

My 7 year old son had enjoyed this game a lot. He's new to Sonic, but got into it very quickly.

Doesn't even install
I have installed loads of games on my PC for years but I have never come across a game like this. Every game that I have installed has worked perfectly until now. Your much better off buying the PlayStation 2 or the Gamecube version so you don't have to put up with this installation rubbish.

Love the team options
My 6 year old daughter loves this game. She had the demo downloaded on the computer, and would play level one over and over and over, so we finally got this for her birthday. In the full version, there's the option to change teams, and each time you change teams, the levels vary slightly to accomodate the strengths of those teams. I was well impressed, and may start playing the game a bit myself when she's away at school! I haven't seen a long-term save option yet, however, which may become annoying in the future. We'll see!
