The lock is good, the installation was done within a day after the product was received.

Lock not in working condition
I bought this yale lock through Amazon. First time when I received RFid card was missing. So second replacement the Cylinder lock was open. All spring was out. There was no option for replacement So no contact no of suppliers for technical support

Unreliable lock, pathetic battery system, useless support
What kind of company makes a smart lock that locks out the owner? The Yale Zuri lock logged us out of the app and stopped working for over 24 to 48 hours without any reason. This is the main door security of a home, not a casual gadget. If the lock itself fails like this, what exactly are we paying for? The battery system is equally bad. Even with the recommended batteries, there is no proper low battery warning. No reliable alert, no clear indication. It just dies suddenly, sometimes in the middle of the night, and the keypad stops working completely. You are then left scrambling to find a physical key. This is basic functionality that any lock should get right. Customer care is almost impossible to reach. And when you do manage to connect, the responses are vague and completely unhelpful. No ownership, no urgency, no real solution. Overall, extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Do not buy this lock if you care about your home security and peace of mind.

It is imported from Vietnam best if could be manufactured in India but the product is good

A very good product
The product is of very good quality! The installation was done professionally and the product is working very well.

Good product but has add on cost.
Good product. Lots of features. One disappointment is that you need to spend extra 6000+ on the WiFi module to be able to operate it remotely and for home automation purposes. Also the Bluetooth signal is not strong enough to connect to the module placed just 3 meters away.
