Bestop 8104009 Charcoal All Weather Trail Cover for 2007-2018 Wrangler 2-door

This trail cover is just as durable as the factory soft top. It only takes minutes to install and keeps the dew off overnight. I haven’t been caught in the rain with it yet but I don’t anticipate any problems since it fits so snug. I use it at work to keep the sun off and the curious people out. One note, if you have a light bar on top of your windshield it will not fit. This is taylor made to stock dimensions and there isn’t enough room for a light bar. I do have lights at the windshield hinge locations and those don’t interfere. This is on my list of “must have” for Jeep owners.Update-I have since been caught in a downpour with this cover and am happy to report it kept my Jeep completely dry inside! You will have a pond on the top, but no leaks at all. I just crawled in under the driver’s side door flap and pushed up on the cover toward the passenger’s side. I love this cover!

I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Willy's Edition 2dr and it fits perfectly when my Sun Rider soft top is down. After a few tries when I first got it I am now able to single handedly get it on or off in less than 5 minutes including the time it takes to fold it or unfold it. True, it wont fit back in the bag it comes in but you can fold it so it's compact enough to put in the space behind the rear seat. It's a must have for the summer time so you can leave the doors off your Jeep as long as possible without having to put the doors back on every time a thunderstorm pop's up. Mine has been through some heavy rain storms and water collects on the top but I just get inside and push up on the top to get the water off after the storm ends .It doesn't leak and its good to use overnight even when it's not raining because it keeps the moisture from dew off your interior so you won't be damp if you drive to work in the morning.

I knew that there were cheaper options out there, but the reviews speak for themselves. Let me say this, this cover is WORTH THE MONEY!!!!! Fits like a glove, is extremely durable, and looks good. I knew when I opened the box and was amazed at how heavy the cover is. This is better that the original manufacturer cover I had years ago. My hard top may not get reinstalled until winter!!!!! Kudos to Bestop. This is a quality product. 100% would buy again.The weight of the cover, along with my higher JK stance makes it easier as a 2 person job. I can do it alone, but it takes a few minutes. The only other critique is that the rocker panel clips will not fit between the body and my factory running boards. You have to detach them from the cover and feed them in from the bottom. A minor inconvenience but noteworthy. Still love the cover.

This is my second summer using this cover. I love it. I don’t have a garage to park in but love leaving the top off the Jeep during the summer. I put this cover on at night to keep the dew, debris, and critters out. I also put it on when rain is in the forecast. I’ve had this cover on during severe thunderstorms with high winds and heavy rain. No leaks. A couple of weeks ago we had severe weather - damaging winds and torrential rain. We lost three large trees in the storm and damage to an outbuilding. The cover didn’t budge and not a drop of water got inside the Jeep. With rain, water does pool on top and you have to be careful removing the cover so the water goes over the side or front, rather than fall into the interior, but it is not difficult. I have left pooled water on it for more than a day and still, no leaks. It works great. Easiest to put on with 2 people but not a problem doing it alone. It is a bit cumbersome to fold up while trying to keep it from getting dirty on the ground, especially when only one person is taking it off. Overall, great product.

This works perfectly for what I needed. Something fast and easy to install. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because after heavy rain, water pools on the top front. Easy though to crawl in and push from inside to spill water over. Carrying bag could be a little bigger and the handle to the side so it’s easier to get the top in and out of the bag. But that aside, everything Is completely dry after a pouring rain.

Great top. Fits my 2013 Rubicon with the soft top still on with no problem. Fit snug and tight keeps the rain out 100%One thing I would advise anyone using this or any soft cover is to remember that after a heavy rain that the top will collect gallons of water in the area above the driver and passenger front Sears. You must be sure to allow this to run off by getting inside and lifting the rain catch up from inside the jeep then and only then can you remove the top. All these removable cover tops act as rain catches and will fill that area with up to 5 gallons of water. If you forget you will swamp out the interior of your jeep. That means pulling all carpets and drain plugs. Not the end of the world but def something to avoid if possible.

I bought this for my 2010 Wrangler because I like to leave the soft top down as much as possible but don't have a garage for night time and wanted something that would provide some protection from the elements. I can throw this top on and get it secured in about a minute all by myself, it's really easy. When you first take it out and use it for the first time, it's a little stiff, but after a couple uses, it loosens up and becomes even easier to install. It is very high quality, basically the same material as a soft top is made of, and the inside is soft enough you don't have to worry about scratching your Jeep during installation and removal. it comes with a handy carrying bag, but I don't use it, I think it would take way too much time to fold up the top small enough to be able to fit in there, so I just loosely fold up the top and stick it in my Jeep behind the back seat and it fits fine. I would definitely recommend this product.

It is called "all-weather" however in my first use during a rain fall the cupholders in my jeep were filled to the top and my seats were soaked. I emailed the company directly asking if this was a flaw in my particular product or in general and I got no response. The seams leak immediately and if any water pools for any amount of time it seeps through into your vehicle.
