THE HONEY SHOP - Ajwain Honey, Collected from Ajwain Blossom, 100% Pure & Natural (320g)

The media could not be loaded.  1) If i just put a drop in thumb, it won't fall, so it did pass this test2) If i pour in water, it will settle down, it won't mix immediately , however if i leave it for 2-3 mins, i can see water turning golden without stirring, so definitely it is has some adulteration with little stirring water will turn darker however there will still be honey at bottom which won't dissolve. So definitely there is some pure honey in here but not 100% purity, question is what is the ratio & what kind of adulteration & why isn't this disclosed3) It does form honeycomb pattern when poured in water and rotated in circular motion, so good here4) It failed miserably in fire test, you can see the fumes as well which is generally due to sugarSee video attached, pure honey will act like oil & will keep burning until all honey is burned, i have see real honey burning, check YouTube to understand what i meanOf all the test one can do at home the most important test as thought by our elders is Fire test and it didn't pass it.Lastly, didn't observe any health benefits, in fact my anxiety which goes down after having pure honey was never affected by this.If the company still thinks we are fool or they have a legitimate claim, they need provide NMR Test certificate for their batches, most of the brands probably use modified Chinese sugar which goes undetected. Indian market is full of adulterated honey including top brands like patanjali, dabur , zandu best to buy from locals.I don't blame the company, getting consistent supply of wild honey is near to impossible so they do this to probably increase the quantity, it did help me with my digestion in a way.

The honey is dark and the taste and smell is fairly strong, and it's quite thick. However I could not find the slightest hint of any taste of Ajwain at all! So what honey is this? I have tasted (& reviewed) some Raw honey like Wild Forest Honey, and this honey tastes no different!I am no expert, but is this Ajwain honey? I am not sure, nor am I sure about the honey's purity! After all, honey is one of the most adulterated food products in the country.

I purchased ajwain honey. The honey tastes mild and the packaging was excellent!

It taste something medicinal or preservative different from the forest honey usually brought from welfare’s. Not sure which is actually the real natural for the consumer who is confused at times

I ordered the ajwain honey from Honey Shop and it was absolutely great. You can taste the mild flavour of ajwain and loved it. It comes in a glass bottle which I appreciated, since I am not a big fan of plastic. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

Has a strong ajwain flavour. Personally, I like the taste. But may not be for everyone. I have a liking for honey try out different variants. This honey is among my favorites. Just have a spoon on a cold day and it'll leave a warm ajwain aroma in your mouth. I use it with spirulina powder- the fragrance of the honey is strong to mask the fishy odour of spirulina.

Awesome is very less a word for this honey. Very tasty. Will try out the other flavour options too! :)

Really worth it.. Real flavor and pure.. it's bit thick in consistency. This is my 3rd bottle and received 2 more free sample (Accasia, Wild berry ) packs those too tastes good. I'm giving it to my baby quite often for treating cold and trust this brand.
