USDA Choice Beef Short Rib Bone In, 1 lb

These were actually *really* good short ribs. I've ordered these a few times and waited to check consistency prior to writing this and, what you see is what you get! 4 - 5 ribs with about 1 - 1.5 CM fat cap and pretty good marbling in the meat itself. I braise these in red wine and beef stock and serve them with sauce over rice, or trim them down and cube them up for stews and ravioli filling.Anyway, good quality, nice vacuum packaging makes these simple to freeze if you can't use them within the week and just the right amount of fat (important, as these are sold by weight!)

Ordered 2 of 1LB short rib beef but almost half of them was full of fat that needs to be cut off. Taste was good but never gonna order it again.

Delicious. But I remember when Short Ribs were dirt cheap because only the poor ate them.They DON'T get BETTER when they are this expensive. Still wonderful childhood comfort food for me I just think the prices are ridiculous.

Very skimpy portion for $30 for 2 units. Kind of shocked. Feel ripped off. Will not order again. For the price, given all the bone, should have ordered steaks....

I had to trim off a lot of fat. I know you left it on to increase the weight but jeez, bit too much.

Really great tasting.Not as large as I thought it would be but made up for that with taste.

Value is comparable to the item sold at my neighboring organic food take out place with out the hassle!

A great, quality, piece of meat! The size was a bit smaller than we expected, but it was great tasting.
