POWOXI 3.3W 12V Solar Battery Charger Trickle Maintainer Kit for Car

Purchased two of these and was NOT disappointed. I placed them in two of my vehicles that sit outside in the upper northern area of WI, and the weather takes a toll on cars that sit out side. These units stood up to the -30 deg F very well. Prior to using them I’d have to start the cars every two days and let them run to charge the batteries as there location was to far for a trickle charger to be used. These did the job very well. Extremely cold weather sitting for two weeks, I’d have a hard time starting the V8 with any battery left out that long, not with these units, plenty of cranking power as if you just dropped in a new battery full charged and ready to work. Charges on cloudy days as well, just not full power. I am going to purchase a few more for my family to use....good product and rather strongly built.

I don't normally write reviews on stuff I buy. This product deserves a good mention. My truck is going to set a few months so I needed something without cords running into the garage plugged in all the time. I left out the weatherproof review because it's inside the vehicle. Simply plug it into your hot lighter socket and put it on the window facing South. The blue light stays lit until the sun goes down. Even in overcast sky it stays lit and keeps the battery charged. Do not mind the poor reviews by people trying to charge a battery with this. It's made to maintain not charge. My battery was at 12.39 volts when I plugged it in. In just a few days it was hovering around 12.7 volts. This is an outstanding product and is very well made.

This is meant to keep a charge on an already healthy car battery and it does! I hooked this up to my 02 Jeep Liberty after replacing another battery because I don't drive it enough. It has been a couple of months, and the few times I've driven it the battery is as fresh as day 1. As a battery maintainer, I cannot recommend it enough. However..... The suction cups, as others have pointed out, are a little weak. Having said that, I'm asking them to do their thing is sub-freezing temps. I did find other more heavy duty cups to replace the originals with and those do a much better job. Perhaps the manufacturer will see these reviews and fix the matter. in any case, don' t let that distract you from buying this charger.

Well it failed after a month, time had expired to send it back called Amazon customer service, they refunded my money and I have a new one that works fine!

I picked this Solar Charger up during Amazon's Memorial Day sale and so far it works as described. As anyone knows, a project vehicle can take a long time to complete but knowing my battery remains charged and ready to go when I finally fire up my project gives me peace of mind. Having a good battery is now one less thing I have to worry about!

Was excited to use this while camping recently. Plugged into my car, light came on, seemed to work fine. After two days, dead battery. No lights, doors, and car wouldn't start. The product description says that it comes "equipped with anti-reverse diodes that prevent the battery from reverse-charging. Either my unit is missing that diode, are they don't work. Very disappointing, and missed the 30 day return window. Do not recommend.

Easy to use and apply. I used them to charge my wave runner batteries. This charger keeps the the battery at an optimal level when the unit sits for up to two weeks or longer without use. Now I don't worry that they won't start. I store my skis on my dock with no power for standard chargers.

Tapping the sun to trickle charge my riding mower battery makes sense. The storage shed I use does not have electricity so this is a cost saving alternative. Quality device with multiple ways to connect items being charged. This works on my generator as well. Keeping the battery topped off waiting for the next hurricane!

Really pleased with this charger,we use it to keep a lesuire battery topped up on electric livestock fencing. Easy to install.absolute 5 Star.

Prodouct so good I bought a second one. put it inb my boat and now have now worries when starting it. Highly recommend it.

I bought the unit last year and had no issues until 5 days before the warranty expiry date, the trickling indicator stopped working. I mailed the support team with the fault support by photos, they responded promptly and without any delays they offered my a free replacement (newer model) I am very impressed with the support team, their prompt response and the speed they mailed the replacement.
