i know coq10 is usually talked about for cardiovascular support but personally i notice it most in how i feel mentally.i am neurodivergent and very aware of when my brain feels foggy scattered or like it is taking seventeen tabs to complete one thought. this has become one of the supplements i reach for because i feel more clear and steady when i am taking it consistently.obviously everybody’s body and needs are different but this has been a really good addition to my own routine. easy to take and one i plan to keep repurchasing.

Great product. I would just advise ordering & stocking up in cooler months, as an order arriving in August had all capsules glommed together in a lump, not able to be separated into individual ones. Amazon very nicely replaced with a new bottle, but it arrived in the same condition. I put both bottles in the fridge, and once the capsules were cold, I was able to separate. So now I take out a week’s amount at a time or else they’ll stick together. I’ve been using this brand for years, never happened before. But I must say, both bottles were very warm to touch when they arrived, so possibly were stored at warehouse in hot conditions.

This is a very good product however if you have problems swallowing pills look for a smaller pill! These are the size of a submarine!
