Nov. 2014:Great product!- Large size is perfect for dosas- Perfectly flat surface allows even spreading of batter- Good quality non-stick coating means you can cook with almost no oil- Easy to cleanSeemed a little expensive when I bought it - but having used it for one year, I can say it is worth the price.Oct. 2020:Have been using it for the last 6 years, twice/thrice a week for a family of 5. Has lasted much longer than I expected. It has now got a slight depression at the centre (which doesn't really seem to be a problem) and the non-stick coating has started to come off a little (which is a problem). Am planning to buy exactly the same thing again if I can get it at a reasonable price.

I was looking for a pan for making Dosas and came across this Pigeon Mio Flat Tawa.Though I was hesitant about quality, my doubts vanished on receiving the Tawa.The item features:-flat bottom, not concave or convex anywhere-good non stick coating,oil drops just float on it without sticking!-ergonomically designed handle-the base has a separate aluminum circular patch at the center ,to evenly distribute the heat-edges are curved up, saves you the trouble of taking care of dough on totally flat pan.-enough thickness about 4.5 mm-Dosas come very neatly.31 cm dia!Cons:The only con is the riveted joint of handle with the pan. not very strong, good enough if not rocking .I received an item with rocking handle at the joint,requested replacement which was promptly done by amazon.=====It is made of premium quality aluminum that heats up quickly.Definitely value for money.Recommended!---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------If you feel my review is useful to you, please press "YES" button below.

Bought the 31 cm Pan. It’s the proper size I wanted. The pan has good thickness and is quite sturdy. Overall worth the buy

Item was shipped very quickly & delivered in less than 24 hours, as always very efficient delivery logistics from Amazon.The item was exactly as described & perfectly 31 cms in diameter.Had a good weight & didn't appear flimsy anywhere in the construction.We used this within a few hours of it being delivered & the dosa was perfect.

For dosa I won't recommend this. Getting too hot. You cannot prepare proper dosa in it.For chapathi it is good.

This Tawa is very good and big and for making Dosa and Parathas. It is 310mm in diameter and 4mm in thickness and quality is just awesome in its price it is an best offering from PEGION but its handle quality is not so good but it is strong enough to hold this tawa and if you want a big and flat tawa for making dosa, parathas and any item like this you can go for this tawa blindly
