Was great , until it wasn’t !
Bought this is January and honestly it been great until today 7 months later. It has completely died ! I’m so upset 😭 ! When I bought this I got rid of my microwave and my air fryer both . Now I have nothing ! It has zero power .

Versatile great for small kitchens
Very different! Microwave, bake mode, roast mode, air fry mode, pre heat, re heat modes. Alot to learn that the book doesn't say. Low wattage, learn your settings. You can bake in a in a metal cake pan on bake mode. I am still learning it myself but with minimal space this 5 in 1 Microwave is the right way to go. Cost is really good as well. Black and Decker has never failed me. The number pad could be brighter, hard to see in the dark. Oh almost forgot, there is no noise while it is on. Amazing.

She died.
We ordered this unit in Nov. 2025, it worked great until today. It literally died slowly in front of me. I was trying to pop popcorn and after it initially started up, it made a sound like it just lost its juice. It stopped the process and died. It restarted a couple times, did the same slow dying process. Then after the 3rd or 4th time trying to get it to work, it didn’t turn on. I unplugged it and tried to restart it, changed outlets, etc. She’s toast. Pretty disappointed because we love how quiet it is when running and all the other features it comes with.

Not the best but not the worst.
The microwave was delivered in a box that was falling apart. Left on its side when delivered on the front porch. Now has a scratch on the side. Had trouble with disabling the child safty lock feature. That is the only problem that was incountered so far.

Hard to understand directions for air fryer. No information on available accessories. Roast cycle worked well. Microwave works great!
