This isn't KEEP WARM, this is KEP WAM and it keeps your beverage vedy, vedy WAM. Should be KEP HA because it keeps your beverage vedy, vedy HA. I absolutely love this wonderful Chinese product. I expected it to be a flop, but to my surprise the quality and craftsmanship is excellent. The battery lasts several hours, but keep it on the base with the white light on and it stays hot indefinitely. Excellent product and highly recommended.

I love my mug. I am one of those people that is constantly having to reheat my coffee as I get busy and my coffee gets cold. Easy to use, buttons easily accessible and I love that it has an auto shut off when liquid is low, no worry about overheating and it feels safe. Battery last quite awhile, easy to clean and love the charging pad. Would highly recommend

I bought this as a gift for my husband and he absolutely loves it! He can pour cold coffee into it and it warms up in a short amount of time. He has talked on multiple occasions on how hot the coffee gets and says it is one of the best gifts he has ever received. It keeps his coffee hot and works as intended. He’s had it for 2 months now and is still a fan!
