Excellent product and excellent customer service
The chair is sturdy, comfortable, and works exactly as expected. The height adjustment is smooth, and it fits perfectly in my kitchen. The quality is good for the price. Good Quality.. value for money.. but back support could be better as it gives support in lower back only back support should be placed slightly higher for mid or upper back support.. when you sit straight its okay but when you slightly lean backwards it doesn't not feel very comfortable

Found its not durable for daily extensive use
Chair looks same as shown and had liked it. But faced issues after using it daily. I had purchased two of them, paint started wearing off from both esp at the base. Also a squeaky sound being produced became really disturbing. And for one chair, the alignment went off, so it started tilting to one side. We tried our best to reinstall, took to hardware shop and repair but it can't be fixed. So I am disappointed, in a years time both are useless. I feel it's best for occasional use or as a decorative purpose, not active daily use.
