What is the chain made of? The cross is fine but the chain is now making my neck itch as we are in warmer Summer weather.

The chain doesn’t seem to be made of the same stuff as the cross. I love the cross but had to get a different chain. It turned my neck green, and in summer definitely irritated me. But the cross is really beautiful, I get lots of compliments on it.

No this is not plastic. I bought this as a stocking stuffer for my mom and she loves it. The opals are real and set in beautifully.

Perfect cross necklace

Absolutely beautiful cross necklace. Not very expensive at all. Nice size. Makes a perfect Christmas gift. I love it. I bought 2 and I just love them. It looks very durable, and strong. It has a lot of detail in it. Very colorful. It doesn’t weigh very much around my neck. Just perfect. Comes in a lovely box.

Like most of other reviews, this is a beautiful cross!I purchased in silver and will be attaching it to a pink Pearl necklace for my wedding. I don't know about the stability of the chain that came with it because I will be putting it on my silver chain that I love and trust. I've been wearing it everyday. Would definitely recommend!

One of My Favorite Pieces

I'm completely in love. It helps that I'm an October baby, but even if I wasn't, opal would still be my favorite. This necklace is absolutely stunning. I bought one for me and one for my sister-in-law, and we're both very happy. I've received plenty of compliments on it. Absolutely stunning.
