I don't know whether pills are the best way to get my creatine, but I find these easier to take than the powder form, and remembering to take your supplements is half the battle. Really good creatine ive used alot of products and this is quality stuff! Its got 4 stars because it didn't have a scoop but amazon customer service arranged for the issue to be rectified. Alot of people write they feel a difference but I started taking this and my brain fog and recovery really was assisted!
