This is a really solid multivitamin for men. Contains many of the essential vitamins and minerals needed, whether through a strenuous workout or just life in general. For the price, you really can't beat it. A couple of the mentioned cons sub as waste through urine, dosage, I "supplement" hehe, by just spacing the dose through the day, even though some is excreted as waste, you still absorb and are able to utilize the minerals and vitamins that you need. It is a semi large pill, but I don't find that much struggle with it one by one.

These r good vitamins, I lift weights, but they are too big and the dosage is 3!!! It’s crazy they stick in my esophagus and causing acid reflux or heart burn. I gave the bottle away today!!!

Tried before from a MuscleTech rep, and for the price a good buy. Just 2 pills a day and a good chunk of essential vitamins. Bought when I had a few issues finding Animal Paks vitamins, but very noticeable while taking.
