The door was at least 10 feet wide and 8 feet high. When cranking you do have to use two hands and keep pushing it up level with the rest of the bar. I placed a green house pipe half way up the door draped with poly. Then fastened the pipe right in that middle place with plastic clips and screws. On the end of the pipe, clearing the entire greehouse we put the crank. It is perfect, the front door folds in on itself as you crank it. And you can stop cranking it at any time and it stays, won't unwind or fall down.
