I was looking for a hob with Indian Burners as I have personally seen a lot of people complaining of Low Flame in hobs with Italian burners. I was very particular about buying a hob with good flame and ended up on this product after a lot of survey online and offline. I must say this is a beautiful product at the best price and Amazon's service is a cherry on the top of a cake; Neat, Quick and Damage free. One can blindly believe in Amazon for this 4 burner stove. It has been a month I have been using it with no complaints and all compliments from visitors :-).

Pros:The stove looks premiumEasy to use and cleanModular built for easy partsCons :The flame 🔥 is too low for general cooking.The service engineer visits are expensive and not included with the product.If you self install the product the warranty is voided this is preposterous customer service.Update :On contact with water the burners are distortedThey are charging exorbitant prices for replacement parts.Zero transparency on spare parts pricing.

Cook top is otherwise ok but if you face any problem there is no way to reach to customer care i had tried all the numbers given on website and they are not working. Now i have no idea from where i can get it fixed.

After sales services are not so good but the technician visited to provide service is prompt, knowledgeable and polite. Product has lots of flaws as parts are not available in the market and there is no update on the website on auth service center.

I booked for the new house. Was delivered on time actually before the delivery date.The stove looks good and works well. One of the burners auto ignition wasn't working when it was delivered.May be due to shipping. But when I called the customer care they promptly came and fixed it for us. I am extremely happy with Elica customer support.

Body getting rust and breaking , burners are shrinking which is making flame go different ways and wasting gas .. new burners costed 2500 each , valves getting blocked , cockroaches making nests inside stove and knobs ..waste of money

Its awesome. Previously I replaced so many top end gastoves and now we are highly satisfied with you. Looking forward to get chimney from you. One less star because small gas burners if not properly fixed can't ignite properly. But now its working great as expected. Might be parts adjusted it self. Remember it has right hand inlet volve which you can't make it left. Overall its very nice gas stove.

It was packaged will with additional study edge skirts included over the outer carton.This is first glass top gas stove being purchased by us.- it looks elegant- switching on the flame by auto ignition requires some practice- brass burners (2 big and 2 small) are well placed- brass burners seems heavy builtHope it serves us well. Got at a discounted price compared to market.
