After a year of use this still works like the day I bought it. I enjoy the pressure it feels like it’s rain. This is high-quality it’s durable easy clean. Was really easy for me at least to install. The spray quality is as described it is a rain shower. No there are no other settings it is simply a rain shower a large one and it’s fantastic.

Don't get me wrong, 16" width is enjoyable, but 12"x12" would've been perfectly fine and provides great coverage as well. Bigger shower heads need higher water pressure and are typically heavier (perfect for ceiling mount). Overall, I absolutely love the coverage and rain-like experience. No leaks, no teflon necessary, and works perfectly with my extended shower arm.
