Tastes great, inexpensive, and it does the job!
I am an average caffeine-dependent 48 year old female who is getting back in shape after years of body neglect (desk job, sedentary lifestyle, weight gain, perimenopause). There are a million pre-workout products out there, so I was prepared to go through the trial and error trying to find one that worked for me. I decided on this brand because I bought some of their protein powder during a Prime Day sale and loved it! I love the pre workout too! It kicks in within 30 minutes, tastes great, and gives me SUPER concentration! It’s always a little gritty at the bottom, but I also drink it within a few minutes of mixing. Gives me extreme energy and focus for at least 3 hours. **I wouldn’t recommend this for people who are caffeine or stimulant sensitive.**

Best Preworkout in the game!
I’ve tried a lot of pre workouts, and Six Star is one of the best for the price. The energy kicks in fast but feels clean, not jittery or overwhelming, and it lasts through my whole workout. My focus is noticeably better, and I feel more locked in between sets. I’ve also seen better pumps and endurance, which helps me push out extra reps. The taste is great and it dissolves well without clumps. I don’t experience a crash afterward, so I can still function the rest of the day. Overall, it’s a solid, effective option!

Blast Off with Energy: A Pre-Workout That Delivers
I recently tried the Icy Rocket Freeze pre-workout powder, and let me tell you, it’s like launching a rocket ship of energy directly into my workouts. As someone who’s always on the lookout for that perfect balance of taste and performance, this product exceeded my expectations in both areas. The flavor is a nostalgic throwback to those icy popsicle days, making each scoop a treat rather than a chore. One of the biggest struggles I’ve faced in my fitness journey is maintaining energy and focus throughout my sessions. With SIXSTAR's Pre-Workout, I felt a noticeable difference in my endurance and intensity. The mix of Beta-Alanine and Caffeine gives a powerful kick that keeps me going, even on days when I’d rather hit the snooze button. I love that it doesn’t just hype you up; it keeps you steady and focused from start to finish, which is crucial when you're pushing for that last set. Beyond the energy boost, the inclusion of L-Citrulline and the Electrolyte Matrix really stood out to me. I experienced fewer muscle cramps and a quicker recovery time, which meant I could train harder and more frequently without the usual fatigue. It’s these small touches that make the difference, transforming an ordinary workout into an extraordinary one. Overall, this pre-workout has become an essential part of my routine. It's not just about the immediate energy; it's about how it supports every aspect of my training. If you’re looking to elevate your workouts and enjoy every sip while doing it, the Icy Rocket Freeze is definitely worth a try.

Tastes good. Has the caffeine levels I want. Mixes well. Electrolytes. Best value.
Compared to alternatives, this seems to be the best bang-for-the-buck; even if it's not the best pre-workout supplement, overall. I'm not a coffee drinker, so this also serves as my everyday cup of java. I just vary the dose to the agenda.

Great product
Love this mix. It tastes amazing. I use it to replace energy drinks. Less sugar and fewer calories, and a fraction of the price. I do use more water then they say.

Works very well
This helps me a lot, not only as a pre workout but also to give me a boost of energy during busy days. The grape flavor is the best.

Price is too reasonable to use any other brand
Let me say this, I need to use 2-3 scoops, but the price still justifies repeat purchases of this brand over any of the other $50 tubs of flavored caffeine and vitamins. Please never increase the price more than necessary, that is the main reason I buy this brand and appreciate the fair price so much for the amount I go through. Also flavor is absolutely great no chalkiness even when I add creatine in. Mixes very easy, never noticed it get chunky/hardened like other brands will get after a month or so of being opened.

Flavor isn’t great and servings are deceiving.
Fruit punch flavor was gross. Tastes almost like the smell of crazy glue. I purchased for the price, but for the amount of ingredients that you get it’s not worth it. I don’t drink coffee so I rely on the caffeine in it for the morning but it’s advertised as “320mg caffeine” and it tiny words “per 2 servings” but then you’re almost overdoing it on the beta-alanine and taurine, at least for me. At 2 scoops, to get that much caffeine, it’s just not as economical as other preworkout.
