a little extra energy before a workout
If you workout early in the mornings or late at night after a long day, sometimes you just need this extra boost of energy. I like that you don't need to add it to a lot of water because I prefer not to chug a whole bottle right before a martial arts or jump rope workout. You can definitely feel the energy within 15 minutes or so of drinking it and it keeps me going strong. The powder mixes well and the taste is nothing too strong. I don't use it every day but it comes in handy just before a tough workout.

This may have to be my new go-to pre-workout. It's affordable, it tastes great, the powder dissolves well, and it gives me great energy and sustained focus without jitters or stomach upset.

Good product good taste
Taste good , u have to let the powder sit and mix for 5 mins before it taste good . Smells really fruity and kept my work out going for a full hour .

It works and great value
It works great. Wait for the tingle then start your workout. It has a 45 min or so peak. Good for boxing,jumprope,sprinting,pullups ect.

Favorite pre workout i’ve ever had. The energy i get from this pre is amazing, it’s not overpowering, there’s really no side effects besides a slight ticklish feeling, though i personally love that feeling as it signals to me that the pre is actually working. The flavor itself is decent, it isn’t the best i’d say but it’s good enough for me!

Inconsistent product
I order this stuff all the time. I really love it. However, lately, I've been getting a random shipment that is not the correct product. It's lighter in color, and different taste. The product size is different too. When it doesn't show the football player on it, just berries, the size is 9.68 oz. instead of 9.52 Oz. Still exact size. But labeled wrong. How do we know which one is proper weight?
