Absolutely low quality product. It was broken on all four sides and had yellow patches. When lit up, all the electric parts inside could be seen from the outside. Not sure how this product comes under prime category. Disappointed

Not at all happy with the product...the light box has so many scratches...it feels as if its a 2nd hand product.And the quality of the letters r also bad...they have scratches on them already...my experience is bad!!

The light is too bright for it to be placed in a dark room and the holders to hold the letters are loose so it’s not sturdyUp side is that you can both plug in power and use it with battery (at the expense of six AA sized battery)

The item is very flimsy and not at all robust . The batter cover has no grip. The line slots are not evenly spaced specially the third line . It’s not longer than other ones and so all the alphabets are just hanging out ( as it can be see in the pic) . Could have done a much better job . Disappointed

I was a little skeptic before buying but it turned out to be just perfect !! It's really lovely as a part of room decor and you'll definitely love it !!

i had purchased this to gift it to my parents on thier anniversary, they loved it, the quality is good too, two sets of alphabets , emojis and number squares are provided which is the best part of it
