I can buy this if it is compatible with RPi B+. Is it ?

we tried DHT11 with both RPiB+ and Arduino Uno and worked fine.

I want to integrate this sensor with raspberry pi. What will be the output of the sensor? will it be analog or digital, like high or low?

you have both analog and digital pin in that if u want comfortable use arduino its very easy,if raspberry pi means u can use both digital and analog with little knowledge about raspbian software coding
