I purchased this OBDeleven scanner for my 2012 VW GTI, and it has been a very useful tool for diagnosing issues and making adjustments. The app is easy to use, and it gives access to many vehicle modules that a basic OBD2 scanner cannot read. I have been able to check fault codes, monitor vehicle information, and perform useful adaptations and settings on my GTI. For VW and Audi owners, this is a great tool to have because it goes beyond simply reading and clearing check engine codes. It helps understand what is happening with the vehicle and can save time and money when troubleshooting problems. The connection has been reliable, and the interface is user-friendly. I recommend it to anyone who works on their own VW or wants more control and information about their vehicle.

I purchased the OBDeleven 3 Diagnostic Tool Scanner for $127.78 to be able to make one primary adjustment to the "comfort turn signal" blinks on my Audi A4 Quatro per numerous instructional articals and videos on the Internet. However, the instructions provided by the OBD11 device could not be followed on the MMI in my Audi. The labels were not present as described. By a rather long period of trial and error with some limited guidance from the Internet articals I was finally able to get to the adjustment. However, the OBD11 required me to open a Security Access to proceed with the change. When I attempted this task, I was notified that I had to subscribe to one of two "Plans": the PRO Plan for $68.49 or the ULTIMATE Plan for $216.70!!! This is a total rip-off. Fortunately, I can return the device...

Worked great for EPB on 2022 Audi Q3. Did have to purchase 10$ worth of credits to open and close the parking brake. Will be worth it when I need to replace the battery also.

It's a good tool if you own a VAG

So far, so good. I haven’t used any of the premium features yet, but I plan to. Connectivity is simple, the UI in the app is pretty good, some of it is a little confusing but I think the more I use it the easier it’ll become. I will probably need YouTube to correctly utilize some of the premium features. Note: you have to pay for coins to use premium features… it’s going to be Pennie’s on the dollar compared to going to a dealership but just a heads up.

This item is terrible and doesn’t actually do what they advertise. I purchased the pro plan Subscription for an extra $70 on top of what I paid for this Obd scanner already. And when I go to reprogram my battery like it says you’re able to do, it says unreachable and I wasn’t able to program my battery. After all the money I paid for a subscription I probably can’t refund aswell as this Obd scanner that didn’t work the way they said it did I would not recommend anyone buying this.

My car was rear ended and sat at the auction lot for a month while we figured out the insurance piece. When I got it back there were 14 codes running on my dash board and I was freaking out cus it was just damage to the plastic bumper covers and a small part of the trunk. With the check engine light on, I was ready to throw the whole car away, but I saw online that you can try to make sure battery is tight, clear the codes and the drive the car around and it’ll reset and it did that!! The app was super easy to use and I was debating returning it but we own a few foreigns so I’m keeping for future use ◡̈

You need a subscription to use this tool. It does say that you need a plan in the description, but does not state the cost. It is $69 a year if you want to use this for anything other than diagnostics (they have a more expensive plan too). This is not good value at all since you already paid for the unit and I envision have to pay again before I use it again. I would not have bought this if I knew how much the additional costs were.

It does what it should. Scanning new cars takes a bit more time. I use it mostly for on the go diagnostic tool which can stay in the car. Proper diagnostics it’s better to go for a wired connection in my opinion. Most features are paid. However you could still see live values from inside every ecu for quick test without a subscription I guess it just allows only 5 or 6 at a time. Having it in the car with full access to ecu gives you a peace of mind.

Sehr gutes Tool, zB. für den Gebrauchtwagen-Check und für die Wartung / Service! Vorgeschichte: Haben stundenlang versucht, das Teil zum Laufen zu bringen ("Überprüfung fehlgeschlagen"). Ein E-Mail mit dem Hersteller Support brachte Klärung: Die Neuware war eine Retoure, der "Vorbesitzer" hat nach der Registrierung auch noch eine PIN vergeben. Mein Dank geht an den Hersteller, der hat mit sehr geholfen, dass es letztendlich doch noch funktioniert hat und ich das Gerät NICHT zu amazon zurückschicken musste!! Weil wenn man solch defektes Geraffel zurückschicken muss (Einpacken, ausdrucken, zur Versandstelle bringen) darf man sich auch noch blöd anpflaumen lassen: Uns ist aufgefallen, dass du in letzter Zeit viele deiner Einkäufe zurückgegeben hast. Wir verstehen zwar, dass Rücksendungen Teil des Online-Shoppings sind, aber wir möchten, dass du mit deinem Kauf zufrieden bist. Für zukünftige Einkäufe empfehlen wir dir, die detaillierten Produktinformationen, Fotos, Videos, Kundenrezensionen und Vergleichsfunktionen zu nutzen, um deine Auswahl zu treffen und dein Einkaufserlebnis zu verbessern. Ein Tipp: Verkauft mal Sachen, die funktionieren oder den Artikelbeschreibungen entsprechen, dann müsste der Kunde weniger retournieren!
