Will it turn grey wood to new looking color?

It's an excellent wood cleaner, but not a wood brightener. It's not intended to restore weathered wood, just cleans it.

Does get rid of grey color, looks like fresh wood?

Just the cleaner does not get rid of the grey color. I would suggest to use the brightener which does bring out some of the original color and then the stain.

what is the square foot coverage?

You mix 6 oz to a gallon of water, it covers 100-200 sq ft, depending how porous your wood is.

Is this product Safe to use on cedar?

Yes. My deck is all cedar and it worked beautifully.
