This pouch is a must have for a diabetic on insulin treatment. I purchased it in December 2017 and have been using it daily. It used to stay cool for more than thirty six hours in the winter. But now the summer has started because of which the evaporation rate has increased. So the pouch stays cool for less than a day, however it does its job perfectly.But the main concern is that the sticker on the insulin vial gets peeled off due to dampness inside the pouch. So eventually you have to remove the entire sticker. This bothers to me as if a diabetic person is traveling and unfortunately meets with an hyper episode, there's no chance for stranger to read the label on the vial and treat the patient.

Good item. Works equally well with Insulin or Semaglutide injection pens.

Pathetic product quality, purchased in oct2025 and it is not working despite of keeping in even cold water for 2-5 min.Hopeless product,gel based cooling pouches are way better than this .Moreover there is no option for replacement/exchange/ and seems no warranty at all.Buy gel based ones .

Good product but doesn’t worth the price at all … it only has sodium polyacraylate crystals in it which is used in baby diapers …the price should be around 200-300 that’s it… even though the single diaper costs hardly 8-10 rs

Lässt die Kühlung nach, den Innenbeutel kurz mit kaltem Wasser füllen und ca. 2 Minuten warten. Das Wasser wird vollständig vom Material im Innenbeutel aufgenommen, der Innenbeutel wird dabei wieder prall und fest. Die Feuchtigkeit dringt nicht vom Innenbeutel durch den Aussenbeutel. Vor allem benötigt man kein Eisfach, keine Extrakühlpacks, die maximal 6-8 Stunden kühlen, keinen Strom! Keine Gefahr, dass das Insulin durch die Kühlpacks gefriert. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für die Frio Insulin Kühltasche - Tasche ist deshalb für mich akzeptabel.Ein Tipp noch für die Hersteller: Ein kleines verschließbares Täschchen für die Nadeln eines Tagesbedarfs z. B. für unterwegs wäre hilfreich, dann benötigt man nicht noch einen Extrabehälter dafür.
