great pucks-Not for street hockey
These pucks are not for outdoor street hockey. They are designed for play on very smooth surfaces, and they are awesome for that. If you have very smooth concrete (like a roller rink floor), sport court, ice court or wood like a basketball court, these are perfect. We use these in our indoor hockey league. They slide smoothly, stay relatively flat and fly true on shots. The durability is also very good. They can eventually crack after a ton of use and abuse, but that’s pretty kuch any inline puck. If you want to use these for off ice practice, get a shooting bord to go along with them and you’re good to go. Ive found that a piece of whiteboard material that you can get at your local home improvement store, mounted to a piece of plywood makes a great inexpensive shooting board, and these pucks work well with that setup. With that said, I find that the Bauer branded inline pucks probably better mimic an ice puck because they are heavier than these. For true inline hockey play, these are my favorite. They seem more durable to me than the IDS branded pucks, and they have a better feel than the sonic pucks (my second favorite inline puck).

We liked these the best
As some ice hockey guys looking to play roller hockey on the smooth concrete floor of the rink that was shut down for the summer, we went looking for the best roller hockey pucks to use. Our requirements were that: 1) they felt and played as much like an ice hockey puck that they could 2) they were durable and could withstand lots of hard shots, including off the boards and goal posts. After trying several others that most certainly did not meet the above requirements, we tried some of these, found them to work great and ordered more to use exclusively. They slide pretty well on smooth concrete, have about the same weight as ice hockey pucks, and stickhandle and shoot and rebound pretty similarly. They won't last forever, especially if you use them on rough concrete or pavement, no roller hockey puck will. But we got good wear on the smooth concrete. The included photo I posted with this review shows a puck that's been used about 10 games. It's a little scuffed-up and has lost its label, but considering the abuse they get, we'd say that's pretty good.We went with red because it was easier to see on the gray camo-like floor we were using (the white paint had been stripped off) and everyone seemed happy with that, except for the goalie (the few times we were lucky enough to have one) who thought red was harder to see in-flight.EDIT: Great for smooth concrete/cement (like a garage floor), but just tried it on rough (like a sidewalk) and did not glide very well, would not recommend for that use, and especially not asphalt.

Not for street hockey
Doesn't work well for street hockey. Doesn't handle like a puck and goes on end and rolls away too easily. Before I bought it I thought the black dots on the puck were balls so it would slide. They are just fixed nubs of plastic. Might work good on a smooth surface or for floor hockey, doesn't work well for blacktop/street hockey.

Looks nice, not great in play
Pucks look nice at first, but very bouncy and every surface. Already tossed this brand in the trash and went back to the Mylec pucks.
