great food with very few dirty dishes
easy to prepare, even with small kitchen/limited pantry. everythinf i’ve tries tastes great and portables are a welcome change from sweet expensive energy bars. so nice to have a pragmatic cookbook focused on replacing calories burned while satisfying tastbuds and needs to feel full, and a bonus that it includes many foundational recipes for things you could also by prepackaged. Includes interesting ideas (with explanations) about when to eat what, following the advice about _when_ (in relation to training) to eat (or not eat) certain foods (spicy, fibrous, complex) has helped my stomach settle down. The recipes are quick to put together, include many variations and are an inspirational starting point for more enjoyment.
