Can this make tteok/korean rice cake?

It has to be the sweet rice to make the mocha cake. I do not too much about the Korean Rice Cake.

Can you use flour sticky rice? or only whole rice? how do you make the mochi paste?

I use this machine to pound my sweet rice (cooked) to make a rice "pan cake".

This machine is advertised to also make udon noodles and miso and a miso inpeller is included in the box, but I cannot find any recipes for either.

If you are talking about using this machine to make udon noodles and miso from scratch, I'm sorry I cannot help. Also, I have a different machine (similar) that I use just for cooking rice. I have never made the udon noodles or miso and find it just easier to buy the wide Japanese noodles as well as buying a small container of miso. Sorry we couldn't help - maybe Google both.
