Sweet Schwinn Hand grips!
These things are great and are a heck of a bargain. My wife and daughter needed new hand grips for their Schwinn cruisers. These are super easy to install and feel great. The ergonomic fitment is excellent. They have a great grip and look and feel sturdy. They install very easily, I just used some purple power and sprayed the inside of the grips themselves. I also put a squirt on the handle bars. Then they slid and twisted right on. The hardest part was removing their crusty old hand grips. But I just gently used a razor knife and cut through them. Pushing along slowly and peeled them right off. Slap the new ones on and they were good to go.

Bike handles for Schwinn Bikes
I have a Schwinn Specialized Crossroads, dating from 1992! Finally, one of the two handle grips needed to be replaced, so the only Schwinn handles I found here were the above. Assuming that it would fit my handles, I ordered them. Unfortunately, I found that my metal handle bar is 2.5 mm in diameter, whereas these grips have an interior diameter of only 2.2 mm. I considered returning them, as it seemed impossible for me to fit them on. However, they I thought I'd try dish washing liquid, slightly diluted, which I poured into the grips to smother the inside really well and make it slippery. At the second attempt, and with a little persuasion, I managed to squeeze them onto my handle bars. They are snug, but... at the same time, and strangely enough, when I put some stronger pressure on them while riding, they slide around the bar a minute amount, and mostly on the outer side of the bar. I hope that it will stop once the soapy water has all dissipated. If it won't stop, I'll have to wrestle them off again and send them back for a refund. Keeping my fingers crossed that they'll end up working just fine.

Great! Vast Improvement.
I've been using the lame stock grips on my bike for years, getting numb wrists and pains. I recently ordered a new bike (that came with the same round, cushionless grips. I searched around a bit and came across these. They are a good price, and getting them on was quite easy (didn't do anything other than just work them onto the handlebars). The numb sensation has pretty much subsided (I have bad wrists anyhow, so whatever I get is residual from years of pain and physical therapy). I'm really glad to have these, they help A LOT! They are not really soft like I imagined, but they are quite ergonomic and helpful. Not much flex at all, but I didn't they they would have a lot. Ordered with Amazon Prime, got here nearly instantly. Couldn't be happier, and for the price, I'd definitely order again.

Good looks, great feel
I bought these grips to replace the grips on me wife’s Schwinn trike. The fit was perfect and the installation was easy. Great soft feel without feeling too squishy.

Way better than stock GT grips and a great price
GT grips that came with the bike were just about worthless, they kept your hand from moving on bars but had no padding and the logo/design caused me to lose circulation to hands after a while. Got these and put them on (with great difficulty but that is the nature of the beast with grips) and they are WAY better. The narrow front edge allows you to grip with fingers and not as much with thumb giving you a more balanced feel and keeps from cutting off blood circulation. Also this design allows you to hang back off bars with more confidence for steep hills. Padding is not very thick but smooths out the ride significantly. So far these are a great improvement and even if they don't last too long I will be happy with this purchase (although I see no reason why they won't last, don't seem flimsy or brittle or anything)

Fabulous
I was in need of new bike grips as my old ones were sticky, torn and used daily. Purchase: It was quick and easy as expected from amazon. Shipping: I have amazon prime so it came in on the 3rd day of purchase. 1 day for processing, and 2 days for shipping. I must note that during the arrival of the package, no one was at my apartment. I live in a row of townhouses one next to another. Everyone in this complex leaving the house will walk through the same path. Ontrac, the carrier delivering this package decided to just leave the box in front of my door. Anyone could have easily taken the package and left without a trace. Luckily one of my housemates came home early to prevent that from happening. Installation: I knew what was supposed to be done to install these grips but for some reason I decided to do it the hard way. First, to remove my old grips, I literally just slit it with a blade and removed it from my handles. Installing the first side of the new grip, I just shoved it dry in the handle with a lot of force. It worked for about 1/4 of the way into the handle. From there, I had to slowly push and rotate the grip millimeter by millimeter because there was so much friction. I regret not wetting the inside with soapy water first. After 15 minutes of struggling, I finally managed to put in the first grip. For the second side, I decided to be smart and put soapy water into the grip. Sliding it in only took 2 minutes. So moral of the story... USE SOAPY WATER. How does it feel?: VERY COMFORTABLE. I've had these for 2 months now, and I use them everyday. They feel great. Firm but soft. Has a very nice grippy feeling to it. I highly recommend these if you are looking for new grips.

They are comfortable
I have them on my specialized cross trail and they seem to hold up pretty good. They are comfortable and seem to stay put once in place. I like them better than the cheap ones that came on the bike and they haven’t degraded or got sticky or anything like that.

Comfy!
Super comfortable! Well made, easy install! Don't try to push them on dry or you'll have a battle. Just pour a little rubbing alcohol into them and they'll slide right on. The alcohol will evaporate shortly and you're done.

Cómodas y a Buen Precio
Vamos a ver qué tan resistentes y duraderas resultan.
