Helps in 1 way but creates problem in another way.
This L-arginine from INLIFE is moderate in its usefulness in producing nitric oxide for dilating the blood vessel. 1 capsule 2 times a day is adequate.But on the other hand, it will also have constipation & gas & bloating effect leading to a bit stomach pain. Stool passing will also feel as if we are having a bit of loose motion.
