Good suppliment for Runners & Cyclists
I am an avid cyclist & I cycle to work everyday. I wanted to pick up a suppliment to support legs. Picked this up & it has been helpful. Overall, I found it to support leg muscles & I do see veins pop a bit more since I began taking this suppliment. As with any suppliment - its critical to increase your water intake to stay hydrated. I also suggest complimenting the suppliment with some multi-vitamins. Needless to say - this only works when accompanied with physical activity. So be it running or cycling which would work the muscle group that the suppliment is intended to target. Overall - good product.

Has helped with my mom's edema n leg pain
After reading the reviews ordered this product. It has worked well for my mom who has edema and leg pain. Along with epsom salt water bath...they have helped reduce the swelling n pain which allopathy and homeopathy couldn't solve since 6 months. After two weeks I am writing this update.. stopped epsom water bath and my mom leg swelling has reduced. So this product has worked in reducing the swelling.
