To put the stethoscope in your ears, it bends and twists and works itself out of your ears or backwards. You aren’t supposed to have to hold the ear pieces of the product while attempting to use it to be able to hear adequately. Also as shown in the photo, the tubing of the product is molded into the shape it was in while in the box.I gave the product a star because the sound quality is fine. But as I said, very difficult to use due to the ear pieces twisting out of the ears while in place.
