Great smooth energy, non-jittery, creates a good pump. No crash or bad feelings afterward. I'm not necessarily married to the idea of 'all-natural,' but this definitely has a cleaner, less processed taste. I can't comment on whether all-natural contributes to the smoother feeling of the energy when compared to most pre-workouts.I would caveat that this is probably not for the 'take 3 scoops' crowd. If you want your pre-workout to get you high, look elsewhere. If you'd like a good boost that gets you ready to go and gives you energy to work hard, this stuff rocks.I use it 4-5 times a week, which means that it lasts 8-10 weeks (if you use a single serving). There is one problem with this stuff that I have had very consistently- probably as a result of it being all natural, it does not resist clumping as well as other pre-workouts. I usually do not get to finish a whole container of this before it becomes unusable due to clumping (as in the whole thing becomes essentially solid). I'm very careful to keep moisture away from it, but natural humidity and heat seem to take their toll over 6ish weeks (this is probably climate dependent. I'm in southern CA). I still use it, because like I've said, I think it's the best, but unfortunately it means that about 1/4 of the tub is wasted every time. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's no Jack3d but..... *by E***S on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2017* I've been searching for some sort of pre-workout that could replace the holiest of holiest. Jack3d. This product is not it. Though it is a great product and did provide the energy I needed to get though my workouts. I did notice energy was short lived maybe an hour or so and I did feel somewhat of a crash after it had worn off. The real attraction of this product is that it is sweetened with stevia instead of sugar. Which does make it a fan of people that are on a keto diet. Explode is a demon that gives you the shakes until you push out 50 reps of your max, then Honey Badger is the angle that gives you a nice lift to really weight train in a healthy safe manner. I use this on workout and non workout days. I will split up the doses on work out days, I will do a half does to wake me up in the mornings and a half to 3/4 does before my workout in the afternoon. I LOVE that it has clean ingredients.
