I really like this item, but the directions are foreign. I have to stop and change out metric amounts to regular. I find that rather distracting. However, it's a good quality and holds more than my previous tumbler.

Its VERY FAST it would make a good centrifuge not so much a good tumbler in speed 1 it does work quite WELL every thing faster is to much

I have purchased two of these since 2018. As a tumbler, this is a pretty good machine as far as getting the job done. I purchased this type because it's easy to open and close the lid. (Many rubber barrel tumblers have issues with the lid.)However, my first machine - the lid cracked in half after a few months of use. I reached out to the company and no one responded. So I bit the bullet and ordered a second one. I continued to use the first motor with the lid being replaced (from the new one.) After a bit longer, the motor died. The timer still works, but the motor will not run.So I began using the second machine (purchased Feb 2020.) It's now Nov 2020, and this motor has also stopped working. I have done everything possible to try and get it to run again - including suggestions from other reviews. However, it just won't work anymore.I reached out to the company again, and they told me that because I'm outside of Amazon's return window, the only thing they will do for me is offer a 5% discount. (Wow. What an incredibly generous offer.) SORRY - I WON'T BE BUYING A THIRD ONE.Bottom line - I should get more than 9 months' use out of this machine. (It was used maybe a couple times a week.)I really hate it when sellers don't stand behind their products.
