なぜか使用2回目で回転が弱くなりプロテインが混ざらなくなりました。交換してもらいたいです。

今まで普通のプロテインシェイカーを使っていましたが、ダマが気になることから購入しました。 ほとんどダマにならず、また使いやすく購入して良かったです。 容器も大きく洗いやすいです。充電は気づいた時にすれば問題ないです。 月に1回くらい充電すればすぐに充電が切れるということもありません(使用頻度によると思いますが) 価格も安くコスパ最強です！

ライト演出やデザインは目を引きますが、肝心の撹拌力は期待ほどではありません。ダマは多少残り、完全になめらかとは言い難い印象。USB-C充電は便利ですが、本体がやや重く洗いにくさも感じました。見た目重視なら満足、実用重視なら検討が必要です。

This is a great piece of kit for people who drink protein shakes. It makes taking protein shakes anywhere really easy. Just add water and press the button and you get a properly blended protein shake without the lumps you get from manual shaking. I bought mine just over 10 months ago and I can also confirm that customer service were great when it stopped working. The motor was fine but stopped spinning the mixer. Voltrx replaced the item immediately - no quibbles - although I'd contacted them to ask them how to fix the problem not to replace it. They give a 12 month warranty and stand by it.
