R A Products Mym Derma Pen With Two Cartridges, 340 Grams

My cousin has the Dr. Pen and I wanted one but it was a bit expensive. This was 1/3rd the price and it works brilliantly. I've only used it twice (once a month), exhausting all the cartridges it came with, and the results are already noticeable. I had a crease/wrinkle on my forehead and it's practically gone now! I messed up the first time by not "stamping" my enlarged pores, but corrected for that upon the second session and even those have diminished somewhat. Get some lignocaine cream to numb your face if you're going to "stamp" affected areas beyond a needle depth of 1mm. I used to use the dns Derma roller (which I still maintain is great value for money and works excellently) but you can't realistically exceed a 0.5mm needle depth with it. This was a great upgrade, looks cheap but works great. Though the finish of the product is wanting, but I'm more concerned about the look I attain by using it.

guys for everyone those who commented negatively and who r planning to buy i wanna say this..actually i had the same prblm it wrkd once and after that it stopped wrkng then i changed the adapter and inserted my mobile adapter it wrkd awesome..the prblm is in the adapter not in the dermapen those who had same prblm try this....the machine is not faulty but the fault is in the charger which they r giving so u can buy a charger from outside but the seller must be aware of this issue coz we all had the same prblm

The quality of the product is very bad. The needle size adjusting dial broke off. Do not waste money on this product.

I will recommend everyone to use this microneedling dermapen rather than dermaroller.trust me guys with dermarollee you never can get amazing result.i an telling you my personal experience i have taken 5 sittings of dermaroller with 192 needles and 1.mm5 and 2.0mm but nothing got improved .finally i thought i should try dermapen and so i went for mym dermapen and used it with 2.5 mm in first sitting with dermapen following up previus 5 sittings of dermaroller .i cAn say i got 20 percent imrpovement withing 1st sitting.but one thing keep in your mind i use vit c ,niacinamide and hyluronic acid mixed up diy serum daily.i would suggest every2 to use this serum every day after nicroneedling.this serum will reduce that redness (hyoerpigmentation)which rreappears after 10 days in each session of microneedling or dermarolling.so finally again i must say stop buying dermaroller those people who have icepick and deep scars and use dermapen..1 sitting of dermapen is better than 3 sittings of dermaroller and very less pain

yeah complaints are true but only about adapter so use ur phones charging adapter and charging wont last fr much so plug it near mirror and use it . if ur buying cheap then should hv to knw d tricks . product is average but m getting my work done

Ok a quick review - I got this pen couple of days ago... Until now I've used it 2 times in gap of 10 15 days.. 1st use- was little complicated as didn't know how to use it but anyway did the microneedling process n was satisfied. 2nd use- understood perfectly the usage and was bleeding like everyone says your bad blood comes out n collagen is produced. Now what happened to my skin after using- Ive very bad breakout problem n my skin has become all dark and patchy Atfer using it 1st time i couldn't see much difference as it takes te to see difference in ur skin after 2ns use i could feel all my dead skin coming out the affected areas and i exfoliated my skin after 3 days of using it.... Now my new skin has come out of the suface nd my fave has become super smooth. It feels like baby skin so impressed by the use. .

No needle catridge was there provided the same one

This derma pen will work as mentioned. You need to know at what speed & setting you want according to skin type. But be sure to use one needle cartridge for one person. They say you can sterilize it with sanitizer but in reality you cannot clean between the needles. You get 2 needles cartridges with the pack & need to buy more if you have to work on more than 2 people. Using same needles on different people will create infection & you will not get desired result.
