Nor do I usually have a product that I love and dislike so much. This bracelet is gorgeous! I get so many compliments on it. When I first got it, the bracelet was stiff, and when I attached the clasp, it got stuck. I could not get it unstuck no matter what I tried, so I contacted customer support. They weren't helpful. I sent them photos of the bracelet while it was stuck together, and they had no idea how to help me. So, I turned to ChatGPT to figure out how to reopen the bracelet. That worked, as I was able to open it. My current problem with this bracelet is that the clasp constantly falls off when I remove it. Keep a pair of needle-nose pliers handy. I have had to reassemble the clasp more times than I can count. My advice: Charge more money, and put a more secure clasp on the bracelet. Also, it would be nice if this bracelet came in various size choices. I would have chosen a 7 inc not a 7.5 inch. Review: STUNNING! - BEAUTIFULLY STUNNING! Even though this is an inexpensive bracelet, it sure doesn't look like it is! I haven't worn it yet, so hopefully it will hold up.
