I would recommend this book to anyone who has back pain
I'm sold on all of the Bragg products & have become a strong believer in health because of all of their books. I have had back pains for for a long time & this book has really help eliminate them as well as aided me in having a better posture

Not bad, not great, but at least it's more straightforward than other Bragg books
My problem with Bragg books, like his book on fasting, or the apple cider vinegar book, is that they are filled with boasting, anecdotes rather than data, claims rather than scientific evidence, all kinds of different fonts, lists, repetitions, quotes, and so on... so much that the message, and indeed the whole book, is a jumbled mess.This book, for the most part, is not like those others. It is fairly straightforward. I had bought and read a copy a couple decades ago. That book was thinner. This edition throws in filler, such as discussions of a healthy diet, the need to drink distilled water, etc. etc.3.4 stars rounds down to 3.

A definite read if you have back problems
As all Bragg books this one too is full of great suggestions, exercises and ideas to help your spine and therefor back areas. All Bragg books are VERY COMMOM SENSE material, and this one is just as good s they all are...A definite read

Bragg books are interesting and informative.
Everyone should read all the Bragg health books.....makes you want to eat right and take care of yourself, and be mindful of what you are doing to or for your body.

Better Backs!
A little more in depth with the discussion about the physiology, but I feel my spine getting more flexible and my back more pain free each day. I am a Bragg fan for a lot of reasons!

Good book but exercises too hard. I need help.
I have not finished reading it but so far I am learning a lot about bones and muscles. I find it very interesting. The exercises are too hard for me. I am 71 and have other issues. How can I find out how to modify them?
