Bought this for world book day. Ordered age 6-8 years for my very tall 5 year old and it fits perfectly. Tried on my 8 year old and it was way too short (just to give a rough idea on size). As other reviews state, it is very thin material, but not so thin that it's see-through. My daughter wore vest, pants and tights underneath and was warm enough. The belt round the waist is secured using Velcro and won't fit if your child is even slightly "chubby". The wig looks really fab but it's brown, wasn't a problem for us as my daughter has very curly, ginger hair anyway so the wig wasn't needed. But just be aware of this when ordering.I have included a picture so you can see what it looks like without the belt. Please not the name tag wasn't included with the costume.

The wig is nothing like Annie's hair - completely wrong colour and not curly and frizzy as it should be. Ordered a "ginger" one else where instead
