Just received. Box was open from all sides. And person who opened had not even bothered to close and tape with cello tape. So shameless and careless . Split in 2 after few uses

Good stretch material for resistance training. I use it daily to strengthen my shoulder muscles after arthroscopic surgery. Wish it was priced less to ensure availability to more needy persons.

⭐ 1 Star – Absolute Waste of Money! I bought this Theraband for personal use—not even for professional or intense workouts—and within just 3 weeks, it started tearing apart. The quality is absolutely terrible. I expected at least some durability, but this thing couldn't even handle basic home exercises. For the price, this is unacceptable. Worst product I’ve purchased in a long time. Do NOT buy—there are far better alternatives out there that last longer and don’t fall apart after a few uses.
