Value for Money
ROYAL LOOK AND QUALTY. Its clearly a premium product.. Chess board finishng is also smooth and well polished. The pawns are of heavy brass metal. One can surely use for playing as well can keep same as decorative

Worthy product
Nice product, details of the metallic chess characters are pretty good. heavy pieces, bound to last long. wooden board also is good. down side - seller could have found a foam or thermocole mould to place the pieces together in the box. its open, keeps rattling unless sorted. i would recommend using a 2" foam sponge to keep the characters in place. - a cloth bag to enclose the box would give it a bit of extra protection. the box closed, exposes the chess board layout which could get scratched easily.

A bit disappointed
When you pay that much you expect some amount of quality. The whole package smelled of pesticide and I had to clean it twice just to get the irritating smell off. The green cloth covering inside is poorly made and was torn at multiple places. A little care could go a long way to customer delight.

Damaged Product
Cheap finishing. I've ordered two products so far, first one was replaced and second one as well. The wood is having crack at the foldable area. Please take seller for an eye checkup so that he won't ship damaged products with cracks on the wood. I've only uploaded pictures from second product, first product has bigger cracks and it was about to break.

My son loved it! It keeps him away from gadgets for sometime!!
It's worth to buy.Looks royal and elegant. It's heavy brass (3.5kilos) which gives solid appearance. Nowadays kids are addicted to ipad and other gadgets. I wanted to gift something to my son so that we both are engaged and we could keep him away from gadgets for sometime. This is one of the best solution that we could find. Just go for it eventhough price is bit high! But I had a worst experience with Amazon delivery. The delivery is delayed to last min which affected and created tension to catch my flight.

Good except for storage
I would have given it a 3.5 stars if possible The product is very nice and it really seems great on a centre table. The problem is the storage of the pieces They r charging 4k for the damn thing. The least they could have done is provide a little better padding on the inside and given a compartment for keeping the pieces. Even my 800 chess set of portable marble make has better storage compartment. The pieces themselves are heavy enough and it really does seem beautiful otherwise.
